Select one of my service packages, book your appointment through the automated system, make your payment, and count down the days (or hours!) to our appointment.
During our time together, we will tour your home and discuss your timeline for selling. I will make recommendations on updates that should be made and which ones you don’t need to worry about right now.
After our onsite consultation, you will have the option to either take action on your own or use my professional staging services.
If you choose to use my staging services after the consultation, I will review my notes and findings with you and will begin prepping your listing for real estate photos, showings, and open house events.
This ensures that you / your clients will be able to continue living in the home during the selling process and easily prep it for viewing as needed.
After your listing has sold, my team and I will remove any of our furniture and decor items.
If you or your clients are moving into a new home or looking to update a space, I also offer personalized decor and accessory shopping to make your new (or current) home unique to you.
